Updated stolen vehicle list provided by the security forces are uploaded into the PTS system database, and the cameras of the licence plate recognition system, installed on the highways, shoot pictures of the license plates of such vehicles, and by means of such system, the plates displayed are matched with the ones in database, and the verified results are notified immediately to the security forces, thus the stolen vehicles are captured.
